Ramataïm-Tsophim. Sans doute un autre nom de la localité de Rama mentionnée au v. 19, située dans la montagne d’Éphraïm (voir Jos 17.15). Certains lisent Tsophim comme se rapportant à Elqana : le Tsouphite (hébr. : Tsophi).
Éphratien. Ou : Éphraïmite. Éphratien désigne un habitant de Bethléhem. Comp. 1 Ch 6.18-23.
